All our products are produced to order and we try to ensure delivery within 14 days.
However, there are occasions when delays occur (especially during COVID restrictions), so if your order has not been received after 21 days please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please ensure you order correctly as our items are printed to order and we only offer refunds for misprinted/damaged/defective items. These must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with full details of the problem.
- We do not offer refunds for items that are the wrong size but can exchange for a different size and the goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days. Please check size dimensions in the description carefully before ordering to avoid this.
